Having a hard time ditching chicken and beef in your diet? Consider eating grubs for a better substitute! As per Shopback has mentioned, Sago grubs is a good source of vitamins, unsaturated fats and minerals with less cholesterol.

Just try to not imagine how awful they look like when you attempt to eat it. You’ll be fine!

4. Braised Chicken Feet

I don’t think chicken feet are that nasty, but some of you guys might feel that it is. My mom always tell me that chicken feet contains a lot of collagen, and it can maintain youthfulness. But that’s not enough to attract me to eat it in a daily basis.

5. Cow Lungs

Oh my God, I LOVE cow lungs but only if it’s fried. However, if it’s cooked with sambal, I’d say no. Healthline has stated that eating organ meats can keep you tummy full for a longer time. This is also a good source of protein for all the girls out there!

There you go, a long list of foods that might be horrific but actually good for your health. I mean like, you can try if you have the guts to do so!
