Having trouble with removing hair from your body? Here’s a proper guide for you!
Let’s be honest here, I wasn’t really taught how to remove unwanted hair on my body. Everything was self-discovered. So based on my experience, this is some of the ways of removing hair from your body that I found effective.
1. Waxing
This is my FAVOURITE way of hair removal, especially for my upper-lip hair and I often use wax strips. The results can last for 3 to 4 weeks, cost-effective!
However, I don’t recommend waxing to people who can’t tolerate pain because you going to have nightmares by using this method.
2. Threading
Threading can last up to a month as well, as your hair is removed by the root. Also, threading is specifically best for small areas such as eyebrows. Putting eyebrows on fleek in check!
3. Laser Hair Removal
Hate to break it to you but according to One Medical, this is the most expensive yet effective way to remove hair from your body. The best part about this method is that laser hair removal also helps to reduce ingrowing hairs and less irritation of the skin.
4. Sugaring
This method is quite new for me but as for the looks of it, it’s a less harsh way of waxing with just using sugar, lemon juice, and water. Truly organic!

5. Depilatory Cream
Better than shaving! BUT, you have to be careful if you have sensitive skin. Choose a depilatory cream for sensitive skin so you can ditch shavers for good.
Removing hair from your body isn’t necessary, it depends on your preferences. Personally, I do it for comfort. Nevertheless, if it doesn’t bother you, leave it as it is. Learn to love and accept yourself more!
