1. Frog on A Stick
Frogs, on a stick? So, can we call it frog satay? Genius! Here’s the fun part, according to HealthBenefitsTimes.com, frog legs are a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, protein, potassium and Vitamin A. You should know well enough that frog meat WILL be beneficial for you, especially in terms of health.

I’ve never ever tasted frogs in my whole life but some people mentioned that it tastes like 50% chicken, 50% fish. Might want to try it, but might regret later after thinking about it.

I don’t think chicken feet are that nasty, but some of you guys might feel that it is. My mom always tell me that chicken feet contains a lot of collagen, and it can maintain youthfulness. But that’s not enough to attract me to eat it in a daily basis.
5. Cow Lungs
Oh my God, I LOVE cow lungs but only if it’s fried. However, if it’s cooked with sambal, I’d say no. Healthline has stated that eating organ meats can keep you tummy full for a longer time. This is also a good source of protein for all the girls out there!
